Our policy remains 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or switch.

 To be acceptable for a return, your item has to be unused including in the same situation that you received it. It need also be in the initial packaging.

 Various kinds of goods are excluded from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or hygienic goods, dangerous materials, or combustible liquids or gases.

 To achieve your return, we need a receipt or confirmation of purchase.

 

 Please do not ship your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

 There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 Book with obvious signs of use

 CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

 Any item not in its initial condition is broken or missing parts for purposes not due to our failure.

 Any item that is returned longer than 30 days after delivery

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is acquired and investigated, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be practiced to your credit card or primary method of payment, in a specific amount of days.

 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 If you haven’t got a refund yet, first review your bank account again.

 Then communicate your credit card company, it may need some period before your refund is officially posted.

 Next, contact your bank. There is frequently some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Sale items (if applicable)

 Only normal priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

 We only substitute items if they are incomplete or broken. If you require to exchange it for the identical item, send us an email at sale@thecattown.com

 

 Gifts

 If the item was listed as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is accepted, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

 If the item wasn’t listed as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order directed to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

 Shipping

 We have various warehouses. Please contact us before shipping the items at sale@thecattown.com

 

 You will be responsible for paying for your shipping payments for delivering your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return transportation will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Depending on wherever you live, the time may need for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 If you are shipping an item above $75, you should estimate using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We don’t ensure that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

 Incidental ORDER

 

 In case you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect item or the wrong variant and the item has not yet been sent out, please send us an E-Mail sale@thecattown.com and deliver your corrections accordingly. 

As we are being charged for such refunds, we will practice a refund fee that varies and depends on the refund amount that has been requested.
