While we strive to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible. We ask that you please allow 14 - 28 business days to shipping by the carrier after your order is confirmed.

DO I NEED PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order by shopping directly on our website and following the steps below:

  2. Collect your desired styles by clicking “Add to Cart” to add them to your cart.
  3. Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize your purchase.
  4. Click the orange PayPal button to activate the PayPal pop-up screen. You can pay either with your PayPal account OR as a guest with a credit or debit card.
  5. Follow the steps on the PayPal screen to complete your purchase

NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order ships.

If after 14 days of placing your order you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website if you have created one.

MY ORDER STATUS IS "UNFULFILLED" - WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
If your order status says "Unfulfilled," it simply means that we have successfully received your order!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will update to "Fulfilled." You will also receive an email confirming that your order is out for shipping.

What is Your Return Policy?
At The Cat Town, we want your return process to be as easy and as hassle-free as possible. If you are unhappy with your return for any reason, please send it back within 10 days.
